BITCH Palace
BITCH PALACE organise exciting, bespoke events which cross-art forms, putting a spotlight on female musicians and artists. Founded by Nikki Milla in 2018 after noticing that most of the gigs she played with her own band lacked diversity she decided to organise her own, along with Amy Cadwallader and Hannah Thomas completing the collective. They put on and host events around Liverpool with their programme ranging from gigs to life drawing sessions.
Originally planned as a one-time event Bitch Palace soon developed into a more diverse range of events. The aim from the beginning has been to create and host events with a positive atmosphere that are accessible for everyone whilst supporting female creatives. All coming from different creative backgrounds they feel it’s important to establish a community through their events for others to come together whilst celebrating their talents.
Nikki liaises with bands, venues and takes a lead on the overall music production and artist liaison.
Hannah’s background is graphic design, creating and branding the visual promotion.
Amy is the main contact for the visual artists exhibiting at the different events and co-curates the art events with Hannah.
