TRS SUMMER FUNDRAISER SATURDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 2023!!!
DURING OUR ANNUAL SUMMER FUNDRAISER WE WILL BE AUCTIONING OFF A SELECTION OF WORK FROM OUR STUDIO ARTISTS AND THE WIDER LOCAL ARTISTIC COMMUNITY DURING A ONE DAY EVENT.
MERSEYSIDE ARTISTS ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT ARTWORKS TO BE SOLD IN THE TWO AUCTIONS WE’LL HAVE ON THE DAY. ARTISTS HAVE THE OPTION TO SUBMIT A MAXIMUM OF 3 X ARTWORKS FOR THE MAIN AUCTION AND 1 X ARTWORK FOR THE SILENT AUCTION. THE PROFIT FROM EACH SALE WILL BE SPLIT 50-50 BETWEEN TRS AND THE ARTIST.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE TYPE OF ARTWORK YOU WANT TO SUBMIT FOR EACH SECTION. STARTING BIDS WILL RANGE FROM £5-15 FOR THE MAIN AUCTION AND £30-50 FOR THE SILENT AUCTION. WE WOULD RECOMMEND SMALLER WORKS SUCH AS PRINTS, SMALL PAINTINGS OR CRAFT PIECES FOR THE MAIN AUCTION, WHEREAS FOR THE SILENT AUCTION WE WOULD RECOMMEND LARGER WORKS, ORIGINALS AND SCULPTURE. WE WILL ACCEPT ANY AND ALL PHYSICAL WORK BUT ARE UNSBALE TO ACCEPT DIGITAL PIECES.
All work will be required to be at trs by the 29th of august in order to be displayed and auctioned off at the event.
for works being donated to the silent auction we would love to have some images of your work sent to us a month prior to the event in order for us to promote the sale of your pieces on our social media platforms.
with each submission, we will need a short bio, and the title, dimensions and starting bid for your work. the earlier you submit the better! the closing date for submissions will be the 2nd of august 2023.
