We’ll be hosting an auction to help raise funds for The Royal Standard, featuring work that’s been kindly donated to us by some really great artists. We’ll also be hosting a raffle, with the chance of winning prizes by some amazing local businesses. There’ll be some refreshments and a BBQ also available on the day.
All profits raised from the fundraiser will go to support The Royal Standard in its mission to provide affordable studios to artists, support artistic development, and deliver an exciting programme of exhibitions and events. Hope to see you all there!
There’s still time for artists to get involved in our fundraiser, and we’re still looking for artwork donations for our auction. We will be auctioning off a selection of works from our own studio artists and the wider local artistic community.
We can accept any and all physical work (paintings, prints, small sculptures, etc.) but will be unable to accept any digital pieces, and all donated work will need to be at TRS on the day in order to be displayed & auctioned off at the event. The total price paid for the artwork will be split 50/50 between the artist and TRS, due to the fact that the aim of the fundraiser is to raise funds for our organisation
We’ll need all donated work to be dropped off at TRS on 26th August, so we’re asking anyone who’s interested in getting involved to get in touch before then.
If you’re interested in donating work for our fundraiser (or have any questions), please email elizabethchallinor@the-royal-standard.co.uk with images of the work you’d like to donate, along with titles, dimensions, minimum price, and any relevant contact details. From there, we will provide you with further details about dropping off your work for the auction, and the event in general.
