Mikey Cooke / Ophelia Finke / Holly Hendry / Rachel Levine / Jack Stanton

Presenting new and existing work by five recent graduates; Vernissage brought together Universities from around the UK including the Ruskin, University of Oxford, Glasgow School of Art, Slade School and Central Saint Martins. Spanning across mediums including sculpture, painting, installation and film, the exhibition provided the selected artists with an opportunity to showcase their most recent work whilst also acting as a springboard for the development of new work and ideas.

Mikey graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 2013, receiving the Chairman’s medal for Best in Fine Art as well as the Glasgow Print Studio Award.

Holly graduated from the Slade School of Art, winning the Woon Prize for Painting and Sculpture.

Jack completed his BA at The Ruskin School of Drawing and Fine Art, Oxford University and was awarded the 2013 Saatchi New Sensations award.

Rachel received her BA in Sculpture at the Glasgow School of Art in 2013, and was the recipient of the Bram Stoker Medal and an Arts Trust Scotland grant.

Ophelia graduated from Central Saint Martins Fine Art BA in 2013 and was featured in Bloomberg New Contemporaries.
